Independently bottled by The Single Cask (known not just for its indie bottles, but also its whisky bar in Singapore!), this delicious Glentauchers single malt was aged for 20 years - from July 1997 to February 2018. Only 85 bottles were produced.
Milk chocolate and shortbread biscuits, with vegetal barley underneath.
Cask spices begin to develop on the palate (think nutmeg and ginger), while continued chocolatey notes keep it sweet.
Fruity esters (banana and peach), alongside buttery pastry.
