Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet citrus fruits, caramelised hazelnut, floral heather and a drizzle of honey.

Palate: Ripe raspberry and blackcurrant, with sweet caramel and barley sugar alongside orange chocolate, honey, vanilla and nutmeg.

Finish: A lingering finish, gentle notes of chocolate raisins with a pinch of spice.

Glentauchers 15 Year Old - Ballantine's Reviews

Very tasty and good

Very good indeed. Caramel, barley sugar, orange and honey in taste. I like it's rounded taste and sweet tone and finish. I consider it the best of the three Ballantine's malt releases.
