A sherried Single malt from Glentauchers, matured in a sherry butt for 14 years - from July 2003 to 2018. It was independently bottled by Ian Macleod for the Dun Bheadan range, producing 428 bottles.
Fresh green apple and apricot, swiftly enveloped by chocolate digestive and oak-y spices.
Honeycomb, ginger and more chocolatey notes. Hints of cassia bark underneath.
Full-bodied Christmas spices stick around on the finish.
