A Glentauchers single malt, released for Duncan Taylor's Octave series! Distilled in 2009, the 12 year old was initially aged in oak before being moved to a single octave cask for its final four months. Just 96 bottles were released.

Toasted oak, golden syrup, and clove-studded orange.
Palate
A burst of peppery spice, with honeyed cinnamon, and orange blossom.
Finish
A whack of spice on the finish, bolstered by dried cherry.
