10 year old Glentuachers single malt, bottled by the ever-busy Ian Macleod as part of the Dun Bheagan range. It was matured in a pair of bourbon barrels from July 2008 to 2019, when it was bottled with an outturn of 990 bottles.

Nose
Pear drops, sawdust, slightly minty at points.
Palate
A big helping of vanilla ice cream arrives on the palate, with juicy apples and some toasty walnut earthiness.
Finish
Lingering almond pastry sweetness.
