This Glentauchers was distilled in 1981, and was aged for a full thirty years in refill butt number 1049. A release of 437 single cask, cask strength bottles from Signatory.
Spicy, with acetone, fruits, sweet, creamy porridge oats and berry fruit (particularly greengages).
Oaky, with lots of fruit, hints of spices, malt, aniseed and pepper. Creamy and rich.
Spicy and of good length. Coconut, vanilla cream.
