Glenrothes Bourbon Cask Reserve
The Glenrothes Bourbon Cask Reserve (previously known as the Alba Reserve) is made exclusively with whisky which has matured in ex-bourbon casks. A load of classic vanilla and honey notes all the way through.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Freshly baked bread with butter, almonds and coconut, a little white chocolate.
Palate
White pepper, cinnamon, a little blackberry. Whole vanilla pods in honey.
Finish
Lingering charred bourbon oak and orange oil.
