A single cask bottling of yummy Glenrothes single malt, independently bottled by Wemyss Malts. This was distilled in 1997 and allowed to matured in a hogshead cask until 2016, when it was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 329 bottles. As ever with Wemyss bottlings, this has been given an evocative name as a hint to its flavour pofile - Orange and Gooseberry Harvest.
Sherried barley, fresh mango and chocolate digestives.
Waves of citrus and melon, joined by a thick layer of caramel. Hints of oak-y spice warmth.
Marmalade and Mince Pies.
