Sherry
From the Glenrothes Distillery, this single malt was distilled in 2011 and matured for nine years, before finishing in Oloroso sherry casks. Independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited range in 2021, this is a fabulous bottling with plenty of sherried, Speyside charcater.
Sherried fruits, raisins, and prunes with baking spices.
Hefty fruit cake with plenty of boozy fruits and marzipan, wafts of clove, and cinnamon.
More cakey spice, sweet dark fruits, and orange peels.
