Independently bottled single malt from Glenrothes, aged for 9 years from October 2017. After a finishing period in a Port cask, this was bottled for The Cooper's Choice range with an outturn of 420 bottles.
Blackberries, peach and banana fritters. Hints of coffee.
Fresh barley with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Still richly fruity.
Fizzy oak and raspberry.
