Distilled in 1975, this is a legendary and highly collectible wine-finished single malt from Glenmorangie. It was finished in top-quality wine casks which previously held maturing Côtes du Rhône wine. This was bottled in 2003 and is extremely rare.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet and rich with boiled sweets and Demerara sugar. Hints of banana chips, morello cherry and allspice.
Palate
Rich and intense with notes of cloves, aniseed and stewed fruit. A hint of vanilla cream, berry fruit and pepper.
Finish
Long, peppery finish with dried grass and malt.
Overall
A deliciously intense whisky with all kinds of character coming through from the cask.
