An 8 year old Glenlossie, distilled in 2010 and matured in a single hogshead before being finished in a wine cask. It was then bottled in 2019 for the Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range, a limited release of 400 bottles.
Both sweet and spicy, with hefty notes of oak peeking through alongside juicy plums and raisins.
The wine really comes through here, as well as more oak spice and a touch of brown sugar.
Lengthy, subtle berry notes alongside peppery spice.
