Glenlossie 22 Year Old 1995 (cask 1325) - Celebration of the Cask (Càrn Mòr)

A single cask Glenlossie single malt, independently bottled by those Càrn Mòr folks! This one was distilled all the way back in June 1995 and left to age in a bourbon barrel for 22 years. Many moons later, in August 2019, this whisky was bottled up for the Celebration of the Cask range, producing just 194 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Walnut and honeydew melon, plus a hint of dried barley warmth.

    Palate

Cakey at first, with vanilla, brown sugar and a hint of fresh cream. Shortly followed by juicy orange and white grapes.

    Finish

Lingering fruitiness, but the vanilla and caraway notes dominate on the finish.
