Another cracking Càrn Mòr bottling, this time from the Glenlossie distillery. The single malt was distilled in June 1995 and left to mature in a bourbon barrel until April 2018, when it was bottled for the Celebration of the Cask range. There are only 185 of these, so grab one while you can.
Lemon zest, leafy herbs, aromatic oak and a hint of perfumed malt.
White chocolate and strawberry, with pancakes and maple syrup following on.
A touch of raspberry underneath almond and oak notes.
