Bourbon
A 17 year old Glenlossie, drawn from a bourbon cask and bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of their Cooper's Choice range. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015, with only 300 bottles produced.
Dry tobacco, biscuits, white fruit and a little apple.
Sweetly malty, with a little touch of woody spice. Vanilla.
Medium length, and slightly buttery.
