Sherry
Sherried single malt produced by the great Glenlossie Distillery, bottled up as part of the Strictly Limited series. This expression was distilled in 2007, and aged in sherry hogsheads for 13 years, before Càrn Mòr came along and bottled it up at 47.% ABV. A release of 198 bottles.
Freshly baked bread, Turkish delight, orange peels and sultanas.
Red berries and clotted cream, with an undercurrent of cinnamon and ginger.
Strawberry laces, peppercorn and pine.
