We do love a single malt from Glenlivet, and just take a look at this glorious example – so good we snapped up a whole cask of it! Distilled in 1989, the whisky was initially filled into an ex-bourbon barrel, before being switched over to an ex-oloroso sherry cask, which explains the majestic colour it's taken on. Finally, in 2018, the time was right for us to end that slumber, with 49 bottles of this 28-year-old magic now available as part of our Single Cask series.
