This Glenlivet is over forty-six years old and has been specially selected to join Gordon & MacPhail's Private Collection and was bottled from an American oak hogshead.
Menthol and fresh-cut herbs are followed by apples and tropical fruits on the nose. Aniseed is immediately present on the palate followed by sweet vanilla and honey which culminates with more tropical fruits in a long finish.
