Glengoyne
Single Malt
Scotland

Each batch of Glengoyne's marvellous Cask Strength single malt is matured in a selection of refill, oloroso sherry, and bourbon casks, and bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration. It's brimming with generous layers of cakey spice, nutty malt, honeyed fruit, and oaken vanilla.
Soft stone fruits and baked apples with a dusting of nutmeg are joined by creamy vanilla custard and Malted Milk biscuits.
Rounded layers of runny, buttery toffee, and hints of citrus zest open the way for syrupy, fruit-studded flapjack and banana bread.
Mellow oak and biscuity barley linger, with juicy stone fruits, tangy citrus, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Incredible good whisky! If you dare to water it it grows out of proportion! Come again Glengoyne!
Visited the distillery last month. Beautiful place, good people, highly recommended. Tried their 12, 15, 18, and cask strength. Great range. 12 is light, fruity, and subtly comples. 15 is spicy with heavy bourbon influence. 18 has the heavy sherry. To me, the cask strength was all three on steroids. Spicy, sherry, complex and extremely bold flavors. Outstanding.
