The second batch of Glengoyne's Cask Strength, no age statement single malt. Whisky matured in first-fill sherry casks and refill casks go to make this delicious expression and, similar to the first batch, it's un-chillfiltered and bottled at cask strength, this one being 58.9%.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fresh strawberries and cream, crumbled digestive biscuits and a hint of oak spice.

Palate Treacle-like, sweet and thick. Sharp fruits with sugar syrup and more oaty biscuits.

Finish A long, lasting finish.

Overall A drop of water wouldn't go amiss, although it is still very drinkable without it, despite the high ABV.
