Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Poached pear, stem ginger, Christmas pudding, sherry-soaked raisins.

Palate: More honeyed on the palate, with oaky spices building. Never strays far from the rich dried fruit sweetness, though.

Finish: Dates, almonds, nutmeg, peppercorn, sultanas.
