An older edition of Glengoyne's 15-year-old single malt, produced before its bottles underwent a redesign in 2020. This is a rich, rounded single malt, completely devoid of peat smoke thanks to air-drying the barley. It is aged in both bourbon and first-fill sherry casks, with some refill cask whisky thrown in for good measure.

Superb
It's interesting because of no-using peat. Very fresh, caramel-vanilla. Very drinkable. Different from others. But as for me - lacking of "wow".
I really enjoyed this whisky. It has a really clean, crisp flavour that lingers, but not like an after taste. Very nice, typical of a lowland malt although I'm more of a peaty island malt fan.
Really refreshing, with a nice oily mouth feel. The lemon and walnut are pronounced and pleasant. Wonderful malty finish.
