Picked up a bottle in local Waitrose (end of line apparently). I get the cloves of previous correspondant. Sweet and worth returning for a second glass.
high sherry matured content I think. also unseated and elements of green apples I'd say
Toffee, apples, citrus fruits, vanilla, coconut, a bit of sherry influence in the background. Easy drinking but in the same time a bit challenging.
Not me normal tipple , but very different tasting , normally I take me dram with a splash of water , this though is better neat. Somebody mentioned butterscotch and I never got that but it has a wee bit of Christmas about it. cloves or cinnamon something like that anyway !
Plain taste, ordinary. Maybe the older bottles are better. Cheap though.
