This was distilled at the Glengoyne distillery in Winter 1999 before a 12 year maturation in a single refill hogshead. It was bottled for the Provenance range in Autumn 2012...
Sugared peels and overripe grapes. A little malt and hay.
Dried grass, sweet spices and cherry. Creamy, rich malt and just a hint of smoke.
Hints of smoke and allspice.
