A soft, sweet 10 year old single malt from the Glengoyne distillery and a winner of a Gold Medal at the 2007 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Slightly herbal, big bourbon influence which has brought a wonderful "high note". White milk bottle sweets, more creamy than fruity.
Barley rich, more bourbon influence. Clean and dry.

having lived at the shores of Loch Lomond a few years back, this scotch actually reminded me of the smells and "flavours" of the area. A fine tipple for its price range, dry and crisp with smokey undertones
Very pleasant indeed.
Really not up to par; I feel very let down after reading the comments on here and choosing to believe the better reviews. Oddly enough, this tipple improves slightly after decanting for a few days, however, after reading the comment about cigarette stubs, I have to agree I did note the unpleasant aroma for the several days after opening.
