This thirty-nine year old Glenglassaugh has been finished in ex-sherry casks to give it a richer and deeper flavour.
Luscious tropical fruits: peach, guava, pineapple and pear. Very buttery, ground almonds, coconut, vanilla and balanced, integrated oak.
Intensely sweet with peaches, mango and chilli. Notes of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry poke through mid-palate.
Soft oloroso sherry, long tropical fruits and white pepper.
