Single Malt
7 year old single malt from the much-loved Glenglassaugh distillery, finished in an octave cask for Duncan Taylor's Octave range. This was distilled in 2009 (a year after the Glenglassaugh reopened following 22 years of inactivity) and bottled in 2017 following five months in the aforementioned octave cask. Only 64 bottles were produced.
Caramel and milk chocolate, walnut loaf and a touch of menthol.
Chewy dates, melon, warming oak (a touch of char comes through) and orange oil.
Lasting mulled-spices and honey.
