A 42(!) year old Glenglassaugh, finished in a single Massandra Madeira puncheon from which just 124 bottles were filled. A stunning piece of liquid history.
Nose: Luxurious rich honey infused with allspice floods over roasted apples. Palate: Crisp toasted oak characters contrast with Madeira-poached pears, sultana syrup and a delicate warm spice.
