This Glenglassaugh single malt is part of the Rare Cask Release, with the single cask whisky hand selected by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie. Distilled in 2009, this Highland Scotch matured in a bourbon cask for 10 years until it was bottled in 2020, with an outturn of only 250 bottles.
Oaky vanilla, with milk chocolate, some dark brown sugar, orange zest, and gorse flowers.
Charred peaches, with dried mango, zesty ginger and lime, salted caramel, and warming spices.
Vanilla, with woody spices, and gentle sweetness.
