A 21 year old from the Speyside distillery, Glenglassaugh, presented in a beautiful decanter.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is full and chewy. There are notes of honeydew melon and sherried peels, hints of vanilla cream and manuka honey, notes of wood shavings and resins, hints of boiled sweets and granary toast with winter spice. The palate is full and rich. There are notes of sherried peels and sultanas, notes of dry oak and barley sugar, juicy esters, bubblegum and hints of Madeira. The finish is long and rich with sherried peels and dry oak.
