A one off from Glenfiddich. This was created with whisky that was blended from casks that lay in warehouses which collapsed under snow on the 7th January. This casks included bourbon and Oloroso and they range from 13 and 30 years of age. Superb packaging too!

My wife (Amazing Woman) scoured the area for every bottle she could find, wrapped each one individually, and gave them to me for Christmas. This was about 2 years ago. I still have 4 bottles in my cabinet. I will consume them all........in due time. This bottling was something special!
Bought 6 bottles 18months ago havent opened one yet but heard it was amazing to drink!!!!
It's such a shame my student loan doesn't stretch this far, because this is one whisky I need to try!
I bought it 12 months ago and decide to save it.I then decide to open at my sons wedding this year very enjoyable whisky.I found it very smooth and mellow excelente after taste.Will definitely buy another bottle i might even save the next one
I recently met up with my son who had a bottle of Snow Phoenix - unopened. What better occasion than to open it to celebrate both of our birthdays. And what a delightful surprise it was. A very smooth, and mellow taste, so much so that we locked it away afterwards determined to use it to celebrate our birthdays in a year's time. We attended WhiskyLive in Melbourne a day later and I couldn't find one that met the well-rounded finish of the Snow Phoenix.
