This is a powerful yet balanced example of a fine single malt. The nose conjures images of ancient oak forests with the sweetness of summer rain. The palate delivers the same by the acre. Add a splash of water and unlock the flavours even further...

The master of malt description is right on target. Can't afford a $45o bottle but having a glass was a treat.
