Glenfarclas 25 Year Old Millenium Release 70cl Whisky

This is the fourth edition of the Glenfarclas Decanter Series, a single cask that was chosen from the twelve filled on the last day of the final millennium. On that day, the Grant family and distillery staff gathered to fill a series of casks at Glenfarclas. Among the attendees was George S. Grant, who had served as chairman for an extraordinary 52 years, and his son John, the current chairman. This would be the last time George S. Grant visited the distillery before passing away in 2002, lending profound significance to this cask.

Just 600 decanters were filled from a single sherry butt, which matured for over 25 years from New Year's Eve 1999 to 28 August 2025, at 51.2% ABV, natural colour.
