Unfortunately, we can't ship Glenfarclas 1996 (bottled 2017) Premium Edition to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A 1996 vintage whisky from Speyside's spectacular Garfarclas distillery, bottled in 2017. You're more likely to find this in mainland Europe, but we're incredibly happy to see this Oloroso Sherry cask matured single malt on our sunny shores.
Nose: Toast with chocolate spread, blackberry jam, a whisper of clove.
Palate: Fruitcake topped with diced almonds, thick caramel and treacle, some rum-like spices, chocolate ice cream.
Finish: Brown sugar and shortbread with raisins.
