This Glenfarclas Family Cask was distilled in 1973 and matured in sherry butt number 2578. This is a fresh, vanilla-rich whisky with some smoky, fruity notes.
Supple, fragrant, grenadine, sherry. Something phenolic. Gran Marnier.
Rich, warming, sherry. Warm marmalade, toffee, zesty.
Long, herbal, oak, fruity.
