Bottled in 2007 from a sherry hogshead. This Glenfarclas is honeyed and rich with a touch of peat smoke.
Vanilla and cinnamon ice cream dotted with raisins, drizzled with honey. Finally there is a whiff of peat smoke.
The peat smoke is a little more prevalent on the palate and wraps itself around a sweet dessert of raisins and honey.
Lengthy wih sultanas and figs, and again, a little more peaty.
A fantastic Glenfarclas, with some peat to make it that bit more interesting.
