Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla and cinnamon ice cream dotted with raisins, drizzled with honey. Finally there is a whiff of peat smoke.

Palate: The peat smoke is a little more prevalent on the palate and wraps itself around a sweet dessert of raisins and honey.

Finish: Lengthy wih sultanas and figs, and again, a little more peaty.

Overall: A fantastic Glenfarclas, with some peat to make it that bit more interesting.
