Glenfarclas Family Cask 1991 was a single sherry butt and the whisky has nutty, chocolaty flavours. This was aged in cask number 5623, and it was bottled on the 1st March 2007 as part of a release of 613 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Thick, darkly nutty. Cherry, stewed fruits, salted butter, fudge. Orchard fruit.

Palate: The nose is thick and darkly nutty. Chocolate eclair sweets.

Finish: Big, fruity, toffee, rubbery.
