A deeply hued whisky, this was distilled in 1966 and matured in a single sherry butt before release as part of the Glenfarclas Family Cask Collection.
Nose: Berry compote, dark toffee, ginger sponge, spice. Herbal notes.
Palate: Full, dark toffee. An unlit cigar, soft salinity, honey, peels, sherry, slightly rubbery.
Finish: Long and toasty, zesty citrus and pepper.
