Another top bottling from Ian Macleod's Dun Bheagan range, this time featuring whisky from the Glendullan Distillery. It was distilled back in April 1999 and left to age in a single barrel for 20 years before being bottled in 2019. 233 bottles were produced.
Enjoyably oaky, punctuated by wafts of fresh pear and toasted barley.
Caramel and honey, with subtle herbaceousness developing - think lemongrass and caraway seed.
Anise, citrus sharpness and a touch of tobacco.
