This right here is an independently bottled single malt from Glendullan - a distillery you don't often hear much about, which is a shame as it makes some fab whiskies! This one was distilled in 1999 and matured for 15 years, until it was bottled up in 2015. It was released by House of Macduff for the Golden Cask series, with 186 bottles produced.
Caramel, peanuts, a hint of grassy malt leading to citrus zest and fresh florals.
Rice Krispy cakes, banana chips, peppercorn and caraway.
Grassy notes return, with brown sugar in tow.
