This 12-year-old Speyside single malt comes from Glendullan, bottled as part of James Eadie’s Distilleries of Great Britain and Ireland series. Drawn from a small batch of first-fill bourbon hogsheads, it shows off the orchard fruit brightness and vanilla-rich charm Glendullan does so well. Just 665 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh pear, green apple, vanilla pod, meadow flowers and a drizzle of honey.
Palate
Creamy malt with lemon sponge, white chocolate, toasted oak and soft cinnamon.
Finish
Gentle and clean with vanilla cream and a lingering note of sweet barley.
