Glendullan #313253+313254 Bottling Note

11 year old Glendullan single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were laid down back in October 2009. Just over a decade later, those casks were cracked open and the whisky within was bottled up by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. As you can tell from the name, there was none of that chill-filtration when bottling this one. Not a drop.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Quite herbaceous with notes of anise and lemongrass, while sweet touches of currant buns and flaky pastry develop underneath.

Palate: Oily barley and continued herbaceous elements, plus banana, salted butter, and peanuts.

Finish: Softly oaky on the finish.
