Well-Sherried whisky from GlenDronach - music to our ears! This one comes from their fourteenth batch of single cask bottlings, and was matured in an Oloroso Sherry butt for 24 years, from June 1992 to September 2016. 554 bottles were produced.
Dates, red apples and a hint of warm poached plum. Give it a moment and hints of fresh vanilla pods will comes through.
Dark fruit notes continue, as does the sneaky hint of vanilla. Now joined by crunchy brown sugar and spiced oak.
A touch of sweet clementine shines through the dark fruit notes.
