Batch 9 of GlenDronach's very popular single cask bottlings includes some real cracking expressions of crack open at special occasions. This 19 year old single malt Scotch whisky, for example, matured in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheon (cask 3385) since 1994 and bottled in 2013, would work very well indeed for a birthday or Christmas celebration, especially as only 637 bottles were produced.
