Cask #934 (a Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheon) matured this single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenDronach distillery for 12 years - from February 2003 to August 2015. The cask was cracked open and the whisky has been bottled as part of their 12th batch of single cask releases. It was bottled at 53.7% ABV with an outturn of 714 bottles.
Honey'd malt and juicy sultanas, with a little bit seaside fudge.
More Sherried on the palate, with a clean, herbaceous edge to it.
Stewed orchard fruits continue on and on.
