Glendalough Grand Cru Burgundy Cask Finish
This single grain Irish whiskey from Glendalough initially matured in American oak and was finished in grand cru Burgundy casks that previously held a full-bodied pinot noir wine. Those wine casks have offered up rich notes of berries and cherries with earthy, vinous depth for a rich and complex sipper.

Nose
Vanilla fudge and light notes of leather, with leafy spice and some dark cherries in tow.
Palate
Fresh stone fruits and drying citrus peels lead to rich cherries and berries, fruity flapjack, and earthy, tannic oak.
Finish
Woody spices and vinous oak linger.
