Glencadam 16 Year Old 2004 (cask 14287) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
16 year old single malt, distilled at Glencadam in July 2004 and matured in a single cask until it was independently bottled by Douglas Laing in August 2020. With an outturn of 247 bottles, this rich Highlander is a fabulous addition to the Old Particular range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered toast with tangy marmalade, honey, and tropical fruit.
Palate
Poached apples and pears, sweet treacle toffee, granary bread with lemon curd and a dash of pepper.
Finish
Sweet cinnamon and syrupy fruit, with leathery, malty oak.
