Description
From Highland distillery Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, master distiller Robert Fleming selected single malt matured in bourbon American oak casks, married them together, and then finished them in Tawny Port barriques from Portugal. It was bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration and with its brilliant natural colour.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Rich dark fruits and candied cloves with hints of blackcurrant liquorice and baking spices.
Palate
Layers of brambles, blackcurrant jam, treacle toffees, and Morello cherries leading into plum crumble and cedarwood spices.
Finish
Warming notes of walnut, golden syrup, and Victoria sponge cake fading into toasty wood spices.
