Distilled at Glencadam in 2012, this Highland single malt was then aged in a single refill barrel for 6 years before it was bottled in 2018 by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice series. Only a limited outturn of 413 bottles were released at 46% ABV.
Sweet, fragrant honey alongside oak spices and fresh hay.
Sweet barley, creamy vanilla and more honey with fresh orchard fruits and a pinch of white pepper.
Oak spice develops alongside fresh herbs, with a hint of balancing white chocolate sweetness.
Good balance between spirit and Wood, tastes mature beyond its years
